Strength & Conditioning Program
(aka Dryland Training)

An adjunct to the jTOEST swimming program (see TOEST.ca for more information), the strength and conditioning program is a weekly 1hr session of dryland training. The focus of the program is for junior master swimmers to gain greater body awareness, and to train specific routines to improve strength, endurance, and speed to assist them in developing as athletes, and as swimmers.

The program will be limited to only a handful of athletes (4 max) as proper technique in movement is the priority, and athletes will require sufficient one on one coaching to ensure that they gain the necessary neuro-muscular programming prior to any application of load.

Having a strong body over which you have total control… well, that’s just goin’ rogue.
